Synopsis

Yuuta Togashi and Rikka Takanashi have recently begun a romantic relationship but struggle to advance it because both are reserved and hesitant to take initiative. Seeking guidance, Rikka turns to class rep Shinka Nibutani, who suggests using the Christmas period to grow closer to Yuuta. Acting on a friend’s idea, Makoto Isshiki helps arrange a Christmas gathering at Sanae Dekomori’s home. During the celebration, Yuuta notices Rikka has disappeared and looks for her, only to find her behaving oddly; he soon realizes that Rikka and Sanae are intoxicated. The episode explores how the awkwardness of two shy teenagers, coupled with well-meaning advice and the complications of a holiday party, affects their first steps as a couple.
