Synopsis

Two young women gifted with enchanted singing, Rin and Finis, lead contrasting lives shaped by music and secrecy. Rin, raised in a secluded village, kept her power hidden while enjoying a simple, bright existence with her family. That life collapses after she uses a healing melody to save an injured knight, an act that exposes her and provokes a violent military response. Forced to leave home, she sets out for the capital accompanied by her inventive brother. In the royal court, the reserved Finis performs for the monarchy and quietly grows close to the same knight, while contending with the attentions of a resentful prince who covets her. She wishes to use her gift to help others but fears being compelled to employ it for wartime ends. Against the backdrop of rising conflict, both women must navigate secrecy, duty, and personal longing as their paths edge toward each other and their choices shape their futures.
