After the Mino ware competition ends, Himeno Toyokawa feels driven to produce a work surpassing her previous effort. Torn between a desire to move forward and the influence of her mother's legacy, she searches for the right creative spark—an endeavor as demanding as her ambition. Her father's suggestion that the new piece serve as the cafe's centerpiece increases the pressure as days pass. Alongside friends, Himeno encounters new people and situations that lead them back to the fundamental motivations behind their craft, as they explore what truly forms the heart of their pottery.
