Synopsis

After dying in a traffic accident in present-day Japan, Tsubasa Kurata is reborn in the Fremmevilla Kingdom as Ernesti Echevarria, a scion of nobility gifted with exceptional magical talent. In this medieval setting, combat against terrifying demonic creatures relies on massive mechanized suits known as Silhouette Knights. Ernesti enters Royal Laihaila Academy, an institution that instructs youth in both magic and the operation of these war machines to defend the realm from supernatural and human dangers. At the academy he partners with twin students Adeltrud and Archid Olter, and together they aspire to achieve the rare accomplishment of constructing a personal Silhouette Knight—an undertaking not seen for generations.
