Synopsis
En route to a hot spring, Kindaichi and his companions lose their way and arrive at a deteriorated, ominous hotel. Local rumor links the building to a vampire from years past; one occupant was once discovered with puncture wounds on the neck. Six years earlier, a girl found in the hotel's cellar with similar neck injuries was lynched by the villagers. When a current guest is murdered and Miyuki is assaulted by a fang-bearing creature, the group confronts the unsettling possibility that the hotel's bloody history may not be finished.
