Synopsis

A compilation movie reworking the television series by adding previously unseen scenes and alternative viewpoints. The story centers on Kakushi Gotou, a somewhat well-known manga creator whose works contain adult humor. Fearing that his daughter Hime will become disillusioned if she learns his profession, Kakushi resolves to conceal his occupation from her. That paranoia shapes his daily life: he juggles single parenthood with elaborate precautions to keep his secret, from posing as an ordinary office worker to staging emergency drills to prevent Hime from discovering his workplace. The film follows their quiet domestic life, portraying a father’s efforts to preserve normalcy while acknowledging the gradual inevitability of truth as Hime grows and begins to confront realities she once accepted without question.
