Synopsis

At elite Shuchiin Academy, Miyuki Shirogane holds the top national student rank and serves as student council president, while Kaguya Shinomiya, the vice president and heir of a wealthy family, excels in every area. Both are admired by classmates and faculty and viewed as an exemplary pair. Beneath their composed exteriors, each harbors romantic feelings for the other but refuses to acknowledge them openly. Convinced that admitting love first would be a defeat and a loss of standing, they engage in a tense, strategic contest to compel the other to confess.
