Synopsis

Six months later, Ikoma and Mumei reach Unato and step into the Iron Fortress, a devastated district now dominated by the lethal Kabane. In this battered area, the team encounters Kabane exhibiting unfamiliar attack behaviors, posing increased threats. The Iron Fortress group joins forces with a local band of survivors who ask for help to retake the zone. Together they push deeper into the castle grounds to examine the strange emergence of these altered Kabane. Their investigation yields answers that reveal a darker reality than they expected, forcing Ikoma, Mumei, and their companions to face the despair that lies at the heart of Unato.
