Synopsis

The year 2010 AD was marked by concurrent Hyper Hurricanes across the globe, causing widespread devastation. This cataclysm led to five billion deaths, reducing the world's population to three billion. Existing economies and military structures were obliterated. The planet's landscape was dramatically altered, with countries freezing under solid ice and plains sinking beneath the seas. Human civilization subsequently entered a chaotic era. Poverty became rampant outside economic zones, and slums proliferated. A ruling class, identifying as Logos, maintained power through force of arms. They designated the poor as Revenus, exiling them to live beyond the special economic areas. Some time later, Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin escape from Phantom, a group organized to monitor the Revenus and control renegade Logos elements. They take with them Nobuto Sana, a mysterious girl. Many parties are interested in her, each for their own distinct reasons.
