Synopsis

Ikebukuro hosts a network of enterprises and rival gangs. Among them is Makoto Majima, a notorious mediator who resolves disputes between hostile groups. Deeply familiar with the district's workings, Makoto works to preserve order with support from the G-Boys, the dominant crew in Ikebukuro led by the commanding and uncompromising Takashi Andou. When a newcomer group called the Red Angels pushes into G-Boys territory, tensions escalate rapidly. Surrounded by adversaries both outside and inside the G-Boys, Makoto finds movement through the streets increasingly perilous. As he continues to handle conflicts, he uncovers a scheme that could spark widespread violence and imperil the whole of Ikebukuro.
