Synopsis

An impartial AI-driven scoring system called the VENUS Program evaluates idol candidates using diverse datasets, and its algorithms determine contenders for the annual VENUS Grand Prix. Mana Nagase stood above all participants until a fatal accident at the finals abruptly ended her career. Years later, Kouhei Makino, who managed Mana, remains at Hoshimi Productions and seeks to assemble a new idol unit. During auditions he meets Kotono Nagase, Mana’s younger sister who aims to honor her sibling’s legacy under the guidance of Mana’s former advisor, and Sakura Kawasaki, a hopeful whose singing closely resembles Mana’s voice. Kotono and Sakura both clear the selection process and join eight other trainees, forming a ten-member group living together in a dormitory. As they train and adapt to shared life, the members work to synchronize as a team and confront the demanding realities of the idol industry while aiming to rise through competition.
