Synopsis
In a facility where machines are built and gradually equipped with replicas of people's memories, one robot named Suzu is created to take the place of a family's deceased son. Suzu unexpectedly encounters Hotori, a girl enduring a progressive decline in her ability to retain memories. As their relationship develops, the two children grapple with changes in recollection and selfhood, exploring who they are as their memories shift and falter.
