Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Hiyori Nishiyama, small and reserved, returns to school after a year-long absence following an accident. On her first day back, her attempt to introduce herself is interrupted by Yuushin Hirose, a taller and more extroverted classmate, and their contrasting statures and temperaments draw unwelcome attention toward Hiyori. Though her initial impression of Yuushin is unfavorable, she becomes intrigued by his warm presence. Gradually, as they move past their early misunderstandings, their relationship deepens and Yuushin's companionship encourages Hiyori to become more confident and engage with others.
