Synopsis

Aoi Aioi, a high school student raised by her elder sister Akane after their parents died thirteen years earlier, plans to move to Tokyo after graduation to ease Akane’s responsibilities and pursue music, influenced by Akane’s former boyfriend, Shinnosuke Kanamuro. Shinno once left their town to chase a career as a professional guitarist and vanished from their lives. One afternoon, while Aoi rehearses bass at a guest house, she is surprised by the appearance of an eighteen-year-old Shinno from thirteen years ago. At the same time, the present-day thirty-one-year-old Shinno returns to town, now markedly different. The coexistence of these two versions of Shinno forces Aoi, Akane, and the people around them to face lingering emotions and make choices that will shape their futures. The story follows these four as they navigate memory, change, responsibility, and the complex ties between past and present without revealing key plot developments.
