Synopsis

In a Tokyo under covert assault by malevolent beings, the Taimanin—agents committed to combating evil—stand as the city's defenders. Hell knight Ingrid uncovers that Sabato Kiryuu, a diabolic physician, has been collaborating with a shadowy faction known as Kanomado and flees the scene. Ingrid gives chase, but Kiryuu lures her into a grotesque church where he turns the tables and takes her prisoner. Driven by revenge, Kiryuu aims to corrupt Ingrid's virtuous spirit and manipulate her leader, the vampire Edwin Black, into attempting her rescue. He also rallies monstrous allies who hold grudges against Ingrid, using them to violate her dignity and break her resolve.
