Synopsis

Heidi, left an orphan, is sent to live with her grandfather Öhi in the Alpine mountains. He is a stern, withdrawn man who only agreed to her arrival reluctantly. Heidi's gentle nature gradually reaches him, and through daily life in the highlands she forms close bonds with the young shepherd Peter and Clara, a girl with health challenges. Together they experience a series of small but meaningful adventures that explore connection, compassion, and the influences of a simple mountain life.
