Synopsis

Hayate Ayasaki continues to endure persistent bad luck while living at the Sanzenin household and attending Hakuou Academy. He performs his duties as a devoted butler to his young mistress Nagi while coping with the academy's harsh academic demands. Beyond work and study, Hayate must manage a steady stream of personal complications: Nagi harbors an unacknowledged affection for him, and several girls—most notably his former friend Ayumu Nishizawa, who appears plain but becomes unexpectedly attracted to him, and Hinagiku Katsura, the studious student council president who struggles to suppress her feelings—create additional emotional turmoil. Despite his efforts to keep life under control, these interpersonal tensions and his continual misfortune keep making his days more difficult and complicated.
