Synopsis

Iori Kitahara relocates to a seaside town for his first year at the local university and takes up residence above his uncle’s scuba business, Grand Blue. Expecting a classic college start, he instead finds himself pulled into the boisterous drinking culture of the Diving Club regulars. Two upperclassmen, Shinji Tokita and Ryuujirou Kotobuki, coax him into joining their outlandish gatherings, and that initiation is interrupted when his cousin Chisa Kotegawa discovers him and reacts with clear contempt. Adapted from the comedy manga by Kenji Inoue and Kimitake Yoshioka, the story follows Iori’s chaotic days with his unconventional peers as he pursues his envisioned college experience and takes up scuba diving.
