Synopsis

At 17, Nina Iseri arrives in Tokyo hoping to enroll at a respected university, but misfortune greets her from the start: she becomes lost, overlooked, and locked out of her new flat. A chance encounter with Momoka Kawaragi, a guitarist Nina admires, alters her path when Nina joins Momoka for an impromptu street set. Momoka proposes forming a band, and though Nina is uncertain at first, she gradually commits as they recruit other members: Subaru Awa, an attractive drummer; Tomo Ebizuka, a reserved keyboardist; and Rupa, a thoughtful bassist. Together the five girls navigate the practical and emotional hurdles of building a career in music while confronting their own insecurities. Their shared dedication to music binds them as they face industry challenges and personal trials, striving to keep their aspirations alive.
