Synopsis

Following Raoh's defeat, a new threat emerges: the Gentou Kouken. Their successor, Falco, serves an authoritarian figure named Jacko, who claims selection by the Tentei and commands mass captures to populate his Imperial Capital. Kenshiro returns from hiding to oppose this oppression. During the conflict, Lynn is seized and taken into the hostile Shura region, a domain dominated by merciless combatants. Kenshiro must track the abductors and overcome the three Rasho of Shura to survive and bring Lynn back.
