Hiyori Hayama, an aspiring vocalist, relocates to Tokyo with the ambition of launching her musical career and performing on stage, inspired by her favorite artists. Despite her passion, the competitive entertainment industry proves challenging, as she repeatedly fails auditions and struggles to gain recognition for her music. Facing a standstill in her pursuit, Hiyori identifies a unique path forward: participating in Extreme Hearts. This popular event is a Hyper Sports competition where contestants utilize advanced gear to enhance their abilities across various sports, vying for an opportunity to achieve significant career advancement. Although Hiyori possesses athletic talent, her lack of experience in Hyper Sports presents a considerable obstacle. Fortunately, she forms connections with other girls who are proficient in different sports. Together, they establish Team RISE and enter the tournament, united by the goal of supporting Hiyori's ascent to success. As Team RISE competes, they uncover a fundamental requirement of Extreme Hearts: all participants must either be established entertainers or aspire to become one. For the members of Team RISE, engaging in this intense competition becomes a transformative journey, fostering new interests and forging enduring bonds of friendship.
