Synopsis

On Tanabata, Shidou Itsuka unexpectedly meets the enigmatic Kurumi Tokisaki, who invites him to spend the festival together. Though uneasy at first, he agrees and they explore the celebration: they visit a planetarium, sample festival foods, and participate in a playful mock wedding. While Shidou and Kurumi share quieter, revealing moments that soften his perception of her notorious reputation as the "Worst Spirit," his friends Tooka Yatogami, Yoshino, and Kotori Itsuka search for him and enjoy the festival from their own perspective. As night approaches, Shidou gradually grasps a deeper reality behind Kurumi’s behavior, altering what he thought he knew about her.
