Synopsis
A series of inventive races unfolds across custom courses tailored to each competitor’s style. The narrative gradually concentrates on identifying the true Emperor, as numerous minor titles are contested against the figure known as the Emperor of Yonkuro. In the climactic Rally of Hell, competitors confront a gang aiming to exploit top Mini 4WD racers to recover a concealed treasure. The plot follows brother and sister Tatsuya and Kiyoko, whose father works as a scientist at the Twin X facility. The widely recognized character Yonkuro Hinomaru plays a central role in this account.
