Synopsis

At a CD shop, Ichika Hoshino notices an unfamiliar song and glimpses a version of Miku she does not recognize on a screen. Startled, Ichika calls out, and their eyes briefly connect before Miku vanishes. After a street live show, that same Miku reappears on Ichika’s smartphone, appearing subdued and troubled. When Ichika gently asks about her troubles, Miku reveals she has people she wishes to reach with her music but feels unable to deliver her songs to them. Having witnessed Ichika engaging audiences through her live singing, Miku hopes that by learning from Ichika she might also touch listeners’ hearts. Ichika responds warmly and agrees to help. Thus begins a new, quietly emotional tale of Hatsune Miku and the youth she encounters, centered on music, connection, and the effort to make songs heard.
