One year after the failed uprising, the conflict continues as the Holy Empire of Britannia seeks broader control and the Black Knights attempt to restore their position. Suzaku Kururugi, recently appointed a Knight of the Round, serves as a key combatant yet still faces the responsibilities tied to his rank. Opposing him, C.C. and Kallen Stadtfeld deepen their connection through coordinated operations for the Black Knights. Scenes of levity—such as the Ashford Academy Student Council crafting a dress and the Black Knights holding a pajama gathering—are woven into the overall narrative.
