Synopsis

Set roughly a century and a half ago in the town of Planie, this story follows a community labeled as a cursed city after an illness sweeping the region transforms people into the undead. A lone priest named Kanae resides in a church on Planie’s outskirts; his presence coincides with a reduction in new infections, offering fragile relief to the townspeople. The town’s trajectory shifts again when Kanae is joined by an enigmatic man whose arrival brings renewed uncertainty to Planie’s future. The narrative maintains a somber, tense atmosphere as it explores the town’s struggle against the lingering threat and the implications of these two figures living amid the outbreak.
