Synopsis

In a futuristic setting where a militaristic regime seizes people’s hair as a means of control, a quirky hero known for his golden afro and formidable nose hairs opposes their oppression. Trained in unconventional hair-based techniques, he frees a young woman called Beauty from the regime’s lower enforcers. The two embark on a journey to confront Emperor Tsuru Tsurulina IV, gathering eccentric allies and confronting bizarre adversaries along the route. The narrative blends slapstick humor with action, following their episodic battles against the Maruhage Empire while maintaining a buoyant, comedic tone as they strive to protect the world’s hair and personal freedom.
