Synopsis

Following a climactic confrontation with Ichibei Hyosube, leader of the Royal Guard, Yhwach advances to the last phase of his scheme: to kill the Soul King, whose existence preserves the balance among Hueco Mundo, the Soul Society, and the human world where Ichigo Kurosaki and his friends live. After overcoming the remaining Royal Guard, Uryuu Ishida aligns with Yhwach in the attempt to remake the world according to Yhwach’s vision. Determined and empowered, Ichigo races to prevent Yhwach’s plan and protect the innumerable lives across the three realms, though his complex heritage makes him vulnerable to Yhwach’s corrupting reach. At the same time, newly elevated Head Captain Jirou Sakuranosuke Shunsui Kyouraku, commanding the Soul Society’s combat division, seeks aid from a former adversary whose overwhelming strength could influence the outcome of the conflict.
