Synopsis

Takami Akitoshi has been living alone with his attractive older sister Hitomi since their parents died, while secretly wrestling with illicit feelings for her. A mysterious young woman appears in his room claiming to be Death and declares she has come to collect his soul because his allotted time has ended. Hitomi rushes in at his cries and, once she understands the situation, pleads with the visitor to spare him. Affected by her plea, the stranger sets an unusual condition: if Takami fathers a child within seven days, she will grant him an additional ten years of life. Confronted with that ultimatum, Takami turns toward Hitomi.
