Synopsis

In the final winter before graduation and amid looming entrance exams, Nozomu feels uncertain about his next steps. Instructed to strike out on his own but unable to secure suitable accommodation, he receives an offer from his childhood friend Shiori to stay with her. Though he doubts that living with her will make him truly independent, his parents approve and he soon finds himself sharing Shiori’s home. The arrangement is intended to last only a month, and his familiarity with her makes him assume there is little risk. Yet, close daily life uncovers facets of Shiori he had not noticed before, and he begins to view her differently, developing romantic feelings. The story follows their short-term cohabitation and the questions that arise as Nozomu’s emotions change.
