Synopsis

Koshien Stadium represents the pinnacle for high school baseball, where players' hopes and efforts culminate. Seidou High's baseball squad, having won last autumn's regional competition, has secured a place at Koshien for the first time in seven years. Ahead lies the spring tournament and the decisive Summer Koshien, which will crown the nation's top team. With third-year members set to graduate after the summer event, the roster must combine the seniors' experience with the newcomers' talent to confront both familiar rivals and new challengers in pursuit of the national championship. At the center of this struggle is pitcher Eijun Sawamura, who remains resolute in claiming the No. 1 jersey and the title of ace from his determined competitor, Satoru Furuya. As the team readies itself for its toughest campaign, Sawamura and Furuya continue their rivalry and leadership contest, each striving to carry Seidou to victory and be recognized as the definitive ace on the field.
