Synopsis

Two centuries after Lufas Maphaahl, the black-winged overlord and former head of the Twelve Stars of Heaven, was defeated by seven heroes, an ordinary man regains consciousness inside Lufas’s body. The familiar Exgate game has changed: it exists now as an independent reality where its inhabitants possess thoughts, emotions, and lives indistinguishable from his own. Stripped of nation, army, and allies, he sets out across Exgate in search of the scattered Twelve Stars of Heaven, driven by the unresolved question of why he, a regular person, was reborn into this world as Lufas.
