Synopsis

An urban legend at Shiomi Academy tells of the Shepherd, who appears before diligent students offering to grant a wish. Kyoutarou Kakei, a second-year and the acting leader of the Library Club, is studying in the school's notable Great Library when he gets an email claimed to be from the Shepherd predicting an event that will alter his path. Alarmed, Kyoutarou hurries to a nearby train station and prevents Tsugumi Shirasaki, another student, from being struck by a train that has left its tracks. Out of gratitude, Tsugumi becomes a member of the Library Club and asks Kyoutarou to join her in the enigmatic "Shiomi Happy Project." Alongside newly recruited club members, they dedicate themselves to improving life at the academy while investigating who—or what—the Shepherd really is.
